Why Choose Us?
Our day rate for streaming & multi-camera production is just £1,700. We use state-of-the-art remote Canon PTZ cameras, eliminating the need for extra camera operators. This means huge savings for you without compromising quality!

✅ A deposit is required to confirm bookings.
✅ Last-minute bookings may incur extra charges.
✅ Complex events or specialized venues require at least one day of preproduction.

Travel and Parking Costs:

  • Travel within Greater London – £100

  • Car travel outside of Greater London – £0.50 per mile

Accommodation:

  • Single Crew: Cost of a reasonable hotel within walking distance or a short drive of the venue, typically £90 to £130 per night.

  • Larger crew: Similar per-person-per-night rate or, for stays of more than one night, Airbnb may be more suitable. This allows us to prepare, test, recharge, and safely store equipment overnight.

Deposits:

  • Preproduction will only begin once the booking is confirmed with a deposit.

    • Our standard deposit is 30%.

    • Clients outside the UK require a 50% deposit.

    • Bookings for events starting within 7 days require a 50% deposit.

    • For events starting within 48 hours, 24 hours, or on the same day, a 50% deposit plus any job-specific costs is necessary.

    We strive to be flexible depending on the situation, particularly for non-commercial or corporate events, or when another production company has let you down.

    Government departments and large organizations with extended procurement procedures can confirm the booking through signed contracts.
